**POSITION:** Green Construction Development Lead


Our client is a leading full-service real estate construction company with a focus on LEED green building certification and sustainable construction. Operating in some of the nation's prime markets, the company specializes in sustainable construction build-outs nationwide.


As a Green Construction Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our growth trajectory. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team of A-Players. The Lead will spearhead expansion efforts in the various markets by cultivating relationships with investors, land development companies, property owners and investors of single-family and multi-family properties. This role is instrumental in driving organic growth and enhancing our brand presence within the community.


- Competitive salary: $90,000 - $95,000 (base) + Bonus

2. **Experience:** Proven track record in B2B sales; experience in real estate industry is advantageous. Additionally, 3+ years of sustainable green building experience is preferred.

7. **Proficiency:** Comfortable with technology; adept at using CRM systems, video conferencing tools, and email platforms. Experience with Slack and Google Suite is a plus.

8. **My be required to travel up to 25% per year depending on scope of projects underway.
